Hi all,
I just picked up a new BB (Crank bros Cyan, isis) which takes this tool:
However, for some reason the inner diameter of the tool is too narrow to fit over the axle of the bottom bracket, as the axle widens slightly just before the BB cups, meaning that the teeth of the tool stop just short of actually engaging. I have the tool pictured above, but I know that other brands are available so was wondering if anybody knows of a difference in inner diameters (a mechanic probably, I can't see anyone knowing off the top of their head)? Otherwise the only option is to file down the tool to fit, but it would be good to know whether there's an alternative first.
