I have long reach bolt on (not alan key) brakes and levers and the bars you might be after. They're currently on this bike, which I'm about to split.
I chopped an inch off the bars with a hacksaw and it wasn't the best job. They're even length and look good but are a bit gnarly under those bar ends. Once the tapes on they're proper handsome though.
You can have the lot for £30 collected from Mile End. I'm about tomorrow if you like?
