Ryan is fine with emails, but he's unlikely to drop everything and respond when he's busy.
Pop into his workshop for a cup of tea, or give him a call... it's fair to say that many frame builders get lots of "can you build me X,Y and Z for very little money" type emails, so it may be difficult to wade through them all when you've got better things to be doing (building bikes).
A phone call will get you front-of-mind straight away and you can find out what info you need to supply for an estimate (or when would be a good time to pop in for a chat), easy.
