Does any football club ever admit that they or any of their players are in the wrong about anything?

It is a sad pantomime, and history and class have got nothing to do with it.

Lee Hughes - sacked.
The delightful Marlon King - sacked.
Adrian Mutu - sacked.
Mark Bosnich - sacked.

Hmm - none of them Liverpool or ManUre players. Fine - stand by your man and all that, but why?
