I am almost certain this will take 630 rims. Only 4mm difference in clearance and this frame has mudguard eyelets. £50 is a fair price for all that stuff. I don't suppose you have the seat post...?

I'm afraid not.
I can not confirm that the 27" wheels will fit. So this will be your risk when purchasing the frame.
If it doesn't fit, you can always sell the frame. In fact you pay only 25 pounds for the frame as postage will be around 25 as well.
