9 speed is getting so cheap now U might as well buy new.
From RIBBLE for example you can get a BBB 9 speed 13-25 cassette(£19.40), SORA 9 speed rear derailleur(£12.76) and an HG53 chain(10.36) total £42.52 posted!
They also do new Tiagra 10 speed derailleur's for a shade under £25
You can also buy a new SORA compact chainset from them for an additional £33.56
Whilst you're after Tiagra level, for a winter bike why spend more? I cant see any point buying 2nd hand at those prices.
