The party who causes you damage is obliged to restore you to the position you were in before the incident. Put in the valuation of new components at full retail plus the cost of getting a bike shop to build it up. I'd be surprised if nothing on the bike was salvageable, but everything which was damaged should be replaced exactly like-for-like
