^Correct. My Aende TT frame is Reynolds 653 but I have seen Aendes in just about every Reynolds and Columbus tubing.
1840g is too light for any version of 531. If it is Reynolds it would have to be 653 or more likely 753 track. It is also too light for Columbus SL, SLX, TSX or MAX. More likely to be EL or its predecessor PL.

Are you sure it is Aende? The shot in seat stays are correct, but the lugs don't look typical. Pongo had the habit of pencilling in a note of the colour scheme on the fork steerer tube.
