The skin I live in is fucked up, but I was more worried about surgical scenes (as it was advertised as having lots of traumatic scenes), as even episodes of casualty make my stomach turn, however this isn't the case. It's more of a 'what the fuck' film.
The kids are alright was dead good. Watched it with the missus a while back. Would watch again.
