I think I may retrofit a rack onto the back of my conversion again. Commuting 20 miles with a full rucksack on my back isn't doing my back any good. I could even go the the extreme of making myself a rack so that nobody complains that I'm stealing theirs.

Love all the different Cross-Check setups, here mine, just freshly powder coated & swapped out the drops for a flat bar with bar-ends due to wrist trouble.
