^^^^^ For some reason soviet movements went overboard with jewels in automatic movements, a silky smooth Swiss movement will use no more than 25 jewels, superb Asian movements (Seiko for example) will often use no more than 21 jewels. In reality no more than 25 jewels are really needed for a sweeping second hand and the jewels aren't real rubies in case you're wondering, they're synthetic.
