I've been in here a few times as it's close to work. Each time has been for something pretty trivial - cable ends, a derailleur bolt, a quick adjustment on the shifters..
Each time someone different has served me, been really good and said 'don't bother paying'.
This helpful attitude has reminded me what the LBS is all about - unlike the super unhelpful one near my home - and makes me want to go back and spend some money in there.
