Wanted: (jis) stem+seat post + chainring +headset

Iam about to change some parts in one of my bikes...

Im looking for following Japanese parts :

• stem (26 MM preferred)
  
• seat post
  
• chain ring (46-49T) to fit Sugino super mighty cranks...
  
• headset
  
  

please let me know if you have any of these free.

Peter, do you need a threaded of Ahead headset? 1" or 1 1/8"

I have a Tange Passage 1" threaded that I bought and never used that you can have for £12.

It cost me £15 +£2 p+p

I have a silver Gebhart 1/8" 144bcd 47t chainring, bit scuffed up but I don't think it's been ridden/used. Yours for £15.
