Android phones, apps and tablets

I will priomarily be using over wifi here in Germany...but when in UK on 3..they don't block or dergade skype (apparently) all though this might apply only to their special release of the skype android app?...

so no recommendations then...?

I'd look on the Skype website and then cross reference the handsets that they confirm to work with the "usual suspects", ebuyer, Clove Technology etc.

I don't use Skype on a handset so I cannot give a personal recommendation I am afraid, but I would imagine that you would not go far wrong with a handset such as the original Desire- 1Ghz cpu, 512 RAM, nice screen, and they are pretty cheap now.
