  • Went for a run along the Regents canal, this afternoon. 7.5km in 29 minutes, barefoot. Should be able to do a sub-40-minute barefoot 10k, at that rate.

    Was pleased to have no blisters at the end, despite parts of the towpath being entirely covered in water. Water + barefoot = blisters unless very careful with technique.
