5) *52t TA Alize track chainring.* Used for a good thousand road miles or so but on a bike that was kept very clean...almost no tooth wear at all.** £15**

9) *Stronglight BB JIS 68mm/103mm.* New in box (Proceeds to Hatbeard as he gave it to me as it was surplus to requirements and then it turned out I didn't need it) £5

13) Chrome Deda Velocity track bars 42cm Good condition other than dents where stem overtightened but otherwise great condition. Bought from Xander so probably never riden :D £15

14) ITM Super Italia Pro 260g road bars. Piece of shit bars but ok for a beater. So flexy you could tie them in a knot. Having said that, I rode them for a year no probs. Definitely not for the sprinters amongst us. Yours for a can of stella or a sly reach-around.** Yours for a can of ASDA own brand or a peck on the cheek. **

well done, my dust sheet is now dirty on both sides so I banned myself to the kitchen (living room a lil if the misses is out)

Him and his mate had their bikes knicked last week...if anybody has any cheap cranks that are going spare he'd very much appreciate a PM I think. They're nice lads and it really pisses me off that they have lost their bikes.

I'm surprised that nobody needs a pair of winter training wheels! Plenty of life left in them if you can be bothered to keep the loose bearing hubs in check.

PRICE DROP ON WHEELS! Surely somebody will take them at this price? I'd ride them through the winter myself if I hadn't just picked up a new pair of winter wheels...

1) Shimano RS20 road wheels (9/10sp) These wheels have had a hammering as my training wheels for the last 12 months. They've taken me up hill and down dale. Hubs feel rough but still spin very well. Could do with a bit of truing but only a little out. Good few more miles left in them. Loads of life left on brake surfaces. I'd keep riding them if Varno hadn't just sent me a new pair of winter road wheels. No rim tape, tyres, skewers or cassette £35

Stronglight BB back available after being fitted to a frame only for purchaser to find out that it is the wrong width. Still in perfect condition although will confirm this when I get it back.
