I know Frank, just sorting out compatibility with the iPhone 4 as early versions won't charge them, it would appear only the Series II does.

Er yes!!! and it depends on when it was manufactured, some early version ones aren't compatible whereas later version one's and version II's are!!!

Thus my reason for asking it to be checked!

Depends when it was manufactured? Morning or afternoon? The good ones were on a Tuesday afternoon before tea...

I tend to iron in the morning.

I have a steamer and use it on Sunday evenings. Very therapeutic indeed.
