I know this is off topic, but the people in are, shall we say, detail specific. And pay great attention to looking "sharp".
I would like to get 'er indoors a leather document holder type thing. That is also capable of holding a laptop/tablet (in the future). Any recommendations? I've seen one somewhere and can't remember.
muchos muchos.

I quite like the felt laptop cases / document holders. Pack & Smooch make a really nice one:

Mismo - Shield. I have a briefcase from this brand and it is absolutely fantastic. They have other styles/colors than the one above. -

Can anyone recommend somewhere in London to overhal an oldish pocket watch (possibly 1882-1934 based on case hallmark)? I know absolutely nothing about watches or horology so I'm not entirely sure why it's fallen on me to get it sorted out.
I doubt it is a particualrly remarkable piece, but it has a fair amount of sentimental value (apparnetly great grandmother's) so it would be nice to go to someone trusted.

Hello all, as much as I love this bad boy, I'm thinking of selling. Not for profit but am interested in something else.
I know there were some people who were looking for one on this thread and before putting on Ebay I would rather sell to a collector or enthusiast who really wanted it.
I can post more pics and testify to full working order. Also kind of rare to have the original fishbone strap as well.
Can someone recommend me the best (both in terms of applicability and quality) for changing metal straps. I have a new Seiko Vader (6139 - 7100) which needs a slightly to be made small. This is my first foray into watches so be gentle!
Pics of strap here:

I'm hankering after a really nice automatic from 1969. I'm not really a brand snob it just has to be something sweet. Unfortunately the 1969 Lordmatic I picked up from eBay a month or two ago had to be sent back as it needed servicing, this then turned into a bit of a goose-chase so I got a refund.
Any ideas as to where I could find a lovely 1969 automatic (have been scouring eBay for months now, there must be somewhere else as well) no more than 500 quid. Thanks.
