On my commute this morning my seat post decided to detach itself from the bottom bracket on my lovely TT frame that I had set as fixed, needless to say its now useless and I had a 6 mile walk into work from there as no Fucker would let me on a train at that time in the morning. I am gutted, the frame and build although second hand, I had tweaked to perfection for my size and style of riding. I have now stripped all the good stuff off redundant frame and urgently need a replacement.
The frame was a reynolds 531 tt frame 48 ctc st / 53ctc tt. It was originally a time trial frame but there was just enough room for manouver in the semi vertical drops to used fixed. Although small for me I am 5"9, i had the saddle right up on a long seat post and it pretty much worked well as a lo-pro.
I am looking for something similiar in size or an actual lo-pro preferably in 531 and maybe even proper track ends although not essential. I just need the frame as i have everything else.
I hope someone can suggest something.
