Fncking glad I have been riding my bikes and eating bacon sandwiches the last 2 days.
Braker, BBQ sauce is an abomination, all fake smoke and shit. Decent bacon can stand on its own, or possibly benefit from brown sauce. Granary or white bread are perfectly permissible.
The other option is the proper BLT, tomato fresh from a greenhouse, one of the few time iceberg lettuce is actually good, and the fusion of bacon juices, tomato, mayo and the lettuce wilting from the hot bacon is divine.
