I'm looking for a digital scanner for cheap or (next to) nothing. Doesn't have to be particularly fancy, something plug&play (isn't everything nowadays?) and as long as it is better than taking a photo of artwork with my phone, I'll be happy.
Will, of course, pick it up at your convenience.
