What you'll get used to is, although they "talk smack" actually the majority are in fact very pleasant blokes. You'll also see that Tester may give some grief to noobs but ask a tricky question (as long as it's not already been asked & answered 100 times - UTFS first) and he'll be first in line to help you out.
