Not bad thanks; I don't think they're actually broken after all. They still hurt, but I am ignoring that and doing most things as normal. In fact I went for a 10km run this morning. Which was admittedly fairly excruciating but the fact that I could do it suggests they're not too bad. I've stopped having dizzy spells every time I stand up or sit down too which is good.
