57 ish top tube depends on geometry.

    Mudguard clearance and eyes.
    No dents cracks etc..
Surface rust and crap paint is ok as prepared to respray.
    130 space
No seized seat post, stems or BB,s

Any make is ok except raleigh unless it has a standard bb.

  • Come on somebody one of you fixie nerds must have a nice road frame your about to abuse that would be better of with some gears and that deserves to keep its braze-ons intact!

  • I have this Raleigh Carlton I could let you have for £30 Posted. Carlton done the top end Raleigh stuff. 58 cm seat tube, 57 top tube. Can give you a seat post and stem with it and the BB has been removed. It also has clearance for mudguards and eyes on the back and front. The bars are cinelli criterium 65-40 with no grooves and also available for £20.

  • What are the BB threads please?
Are there down tube braze ons?
    Any idea tube type?
    Weight?

    Thanks

    David

  • Hi David,

The bottom bracket type is just the standard english and it takes band of shifters.

It is made from ti-raleigh 20-30 hi densile, which is just slightly heavier than 531. It is what ti where pushing for a while as an alternative to 531.

Let me know if you need to know anything else.

  • Where is the Carlton, might be interested if it's still available?

  • Hi Highlander - really interested in the Carlton, with bars, seatpost and stem - have you still got it?
