I have this Raleigh Carlton I could let you have for £30 Posted. Carlton done the top end Raleigh stuff. 58 cm seat tube, 57 top tube. Can give you a seat post and stem with it and the BB has been removed. It also has clearance for mudguards and eyes on the back and front. The bars are cinelli criterium 65-40 with no grooves and also available for £20.
