If you do want an older conversion, I've got a circa late 1950s Nervex Pro lugged f&f, with a some 27" wheels with a flip flop hub. PM an email if your interested an I'll forward some photos.
Also got enough other period'ish bits to finish it. Dometop seat post, Cinelli Unicantor saddle, Fiamme bars, 3ttt stem, crankset etc.
