Well i did talk it over with them, m feedback has been good across all levels, my boss keeps giving my these pep talks about how well I am adapting to the new role then today instead of being confirmed in the new role its a wishy washy job spec that incorporates the jobs of the whole department and no pay rise.
The job spec would have given some indication but its generic across the whole team
Payrise would have given some indication but its unchanged from my last years rise which was 4% BELOW the rate of national inflation.
