But yes, you may deserve recognition for professional exams, I'm not an accountant but I understand that there is generally a large pay rise at the end of ACA (or whatever it's called). That said, you'll probably want to sit down with your manager, have a discussion about career goals for the next 12 months, prospects at the company etc etc etc
