Do NOT confuse the Schwalbe High Pressure Rim Tape (above ^^^) with the regular Schwalbe Rim tape, which is only rated at 100psi. They're both blue, so make sure you buy the correct one.

And lastly, here's an ideal solution for some, and before looking at this issue, I hadn't even heard of it. Velocity Veloplugs, are plugs that fit into the top of each spoke hole, negating the need for rim tapes at all. I'd use them, but with a thin, strong and light tape, like Velox.
