@tapsnbath has just bought a lovely Holdsworth Equipe frame and will be building it up over the next year... I'm not sure if Im going to go for a rebuild on an old Claud Butler or a Holdsworth Cyclone yet; but I'd love an Equipe too...
we're mainly aiming at drinking our the way round rather than the distance though... :)

Mrs & Mrs Jingle Jangle had a brilliant time this year, and will definitely be back in 2012. Will be spending the winter building up something suitable, so Knowthejo, you will be getting a visit.

I finally got me some climbing gears for my Benotto... IN! (if I can fly my bike out somehow as I'll be 'travelling' at that point).

Pretty certain I'm going along with 10ish lads from West Yorks. We'll be doing the long route.
No idea what I'll ride yet.

I'm looking to go for the first time provided I get my 1950 Maclean Featherweight restored in time. It was made to measure for my father and it is now a family heirloom. Still being ridden but now it's due for a major renovation. What a way to celebrate by doing L'Eroica in Tuscany which is my favorite holiday destination. I may be driving down with the bike. May have room for another bike or two. Have a people carrier with seats out. Going from Dorset.

Evening all did the 75 this year, after a wrong turn en route to Panzano after the Radda stop ended up doing around 95. Will definetely be heading out again next year- the Guerciotti did me proud not a single mechanical. A few degrees cooler would be nice...

I'll be there and cannot wait.

Nice. I just spent the evening reading through the entire 2011 thread. Is it ludicrous to be completely excited by a bike ride that's ten months away?
