I have 30 gears on 1 bike, do I win?
I'm still cycling loads, more than before actually just not fixed any more as I don't want to ruin my knees further.
Also running a lot more now as well. 2012 more Audax rides are on the cards. I might be upgrading to a Ti frame in the next few months.
