Has anyone tried turbo training or similar with broken ribs? I can't ride in traffic because the stop/start is excruciating but the pedalling bit seems OK... presumably I'm not going to cause any more damage if I keep my upper body still?
I've been on the rollers with broken ribs. Was'nt any more painful then standing, sitting, existing etc. In fact I think the movement helped prevent that slow but sure onset of pain, you get when you think you're comfortable.
