Right, speculative feelers here.
After a hack/rat/beater for the commute this winter, my mountain bike is not the correct tool for the job and I can't have another bike in the flat, so needs to be something I can lock up in the car park.
Anyone got anything coming up small (52cm or thereabouts)? Don't want to spend a lot ideally!

Does anyone have:
A pair of mtb nobblies (factory dh something like that)
An integrated headset
A mtb rear mech and shifter (also need a cassette)Im building my NS frame up as a proper MTB
I've got a couple of Michelin Mountain Dry (I think) that aren't doing anything (not a lot of wear, I just swapped em for some High Rollers). Also got an XT shifter and rear mech with an SLX cassette (worn). Not sure what your after spec wise but they are all just sat cluttering up the place, your welcome to make me an offer for them! Taken them all off my MTB for the winter and gone SS, so they're useless to me now...

OT: Sorry, I know this is the wrong thread to be posting this in but I was thinking of building a new front wheel for the wet season to run a break. Was thinking a miche primato hub laced to a mavic open pro. Can anybody suggest otherwise? Sorry again... Just looking for some advice really...

I believe surfboards are the recommended mode of transport. -

come on, its just toe clips and a front brake. Just get your hand in your pocket, its hardly like your trying to source the rarest vintage parts.
Seriously, what the fuck is happening to this forum? Yesterday I saw a thread in the classified's saying "bars wanted: TODAY"
Just fucking buy some from a shop then if you need them that quick. You'll never get a good deal on here, its full of tight arses

**Wheel details - PM offers if interested, MCR pickup M21 or dropoff M20 / M21 / Central only - pics to be added at some point / if interest:
**Rear
AlexRims AT 450 - Shimano FH
Front
Reynolds Alta Comp - Sold
Unknown Hub, missing QR skewer, on "Super Champion" Gentleman 81 Rim 36h
Pairs
Jalco DRX2000 - Shimano FH2200 rear hub
Also have pair of* very *worn braking surfaced Mavic Cosmic a bit like these:
Fairly keen to keep and rebuild if I can find fresh rims, but if anyone desperate for them make me a good offer, Shimano once again, no cassette or tyres on mine though.
Also Miche Primato hubs on Purple Velocity Aerohead rims, built by Wills Wheels. Rear has a big chip in the rim, was looking at a rebuild for use if I ever source a track frame but if anyone is desperate to make use of them I'd probably let them go for a sensible offer. Front is low flange, rear high flange. Could throw in some Hutchinson AS18 tyres also 700x18c only used on track to my knowledge.
