very nice. Just got mine back from them. I would build with veloce 10speed, looks good and performs better than any nos groupset and doesn't cost the earth.

1970 Olympic refurb'd

not sure what's best to build this with. Campagnolo seems unnecessary since i think the Olympic was/is their basic model. So far i have the Tange/Mercian headset and mafac brakes

was planing early shimano 600 because when i checked the date code in the shop i thought it said 78 but it's 70
rear dropout width measured inside is 127/8mm and it's built for 27s. Not sure whether it would have been 5 or 6spd in 1970

any suggestions for period stuff appreciated
