I am fine, just an idiot. Well I'm not entirely fine, I'm in some pain, but it's not a big deal.
I was due a crash anyway, that was the first in about two years*. Which is astonishing for me.
*discounting the Dover Castle incident and a few other occasions I have successfully blocked from memory
