It's a working carpark but just not used that much. And it's pretty big so you rarely get any cars on the 6th floor.
Bike stuff has been happening there for many years and we get the police and security come up. There's only ever a problem if there are lots of cans of beer or anything else around.
I suspect if you ask the security guard if you can play he'll say no. Why not keep playing and be uber nice to him when he comes round. You've got nothing to loose if you keep going, be polite and maybe ask if there's anyone you can speak to to get permission? If you keep at it, he might get bored of asking you to leave (10+ years in the industry ;) )
Failing that, we use Google maps to scan the area to see if there are any playgrounds.
