  • For the people who have used their Torm jerseys for a while, how are they holding up? Also, how are the arm warmers?

  • I still wear the original simple jersey, it's not faded, it's kept shape... all is going well over a year later and used most days.

I'm not using the arm warmers, but maybe if it gets cold enough. Never seems to get cold enough for them for me... I'm warm-blooded.

  • My T3 is doing fine. I find the arms (short sleeve) a bit too short - they bunch up - but then I am inbetween sizes. It's the previous style not the current design.

  • My jersey is still in great condition, it's the red one w two stripes.

Arm warmers have come a bit unstitched, and they've got 3 internal seams so aren't the most comfortable. Would buy more jerseys but I'm vain and don't like the white stripe.

  • Are any ladies using their jerseys?
I've contacted torm while ago asking why they are not doing any womens specific version and was told that they're unisex..
well, i don't believe in unisex, it can't fit well both men and women
i'm guessing that they would be either too baggy or tight on the hips
    Am i wrong?

  • I have the arm warmers, used them a few times. They keep my arms warm, don't fall down. Not sure what else they are supposed to do :)

  • Thanks for the replies guys. Does anyone have the T2? There doesn't seem to be many pictures of it online other than the product display shot.

  • Ada, given their publicity shots I think the jerseys are meant to sag and flap around. They do not appear to be a race fit.

Don't worry James, you have the stomach girth to make them snug ;)

  • have both the t1 and the t2 and done about 10 000km's with them. so far they have held up incredibly well, especially for 45 quid

  • Basically what everyone else said. I love my T5 (long sleeved) it's been over a year and it's still awesome.

I've only used the arm warmers twice and not washed them, so I can really say much about the long term quality. They're also my first arm warmers, so I have no comparable, but they're warm and they stay up. This is my understanding of what they should do.

As for fit, I guess it depends on the size you buy and your body shape. I have a large chest/torso/tops of arms, so to start mine was a bit tight in places, if you're skinny it might be different. But the size chart will give you a good idea.

Either way, at £45-50 for a quality product it's hard to go wrong. The guys are incredibly helpful so exchanging should be a problem.

@ dk2ck - I think they are all made of the same stuff so any difference is just in style - zips colours etc.

  • Anyone want a Grey T6 (original design) in Large for £25 posted? Worn Once.

  • Think I'm going to ask for a T3 jersey for christmas. They look lovely.

  • Yeh why not, sending you a pm

I guess it's just the matter of going one size down to get the right fit.
I'd need xsmall then, shame they don't do any women's stuff:)
I can't afford full price rapha and can't find any decent (proper long cut, no logos) jersey at a good price.
BTW, untouched world jerseys in condor look really nice but expensive

  • Saw a woman in a t0rm top in richmond park once. Didn't notice it sagging or flapping. #csb

Must be a picture problem - the Torm jersey I've got is an equivalent fit to my Rapha one in the same size.

  • Looks like they've got clintsmoker modelling for them now...

  • perhaps their models are not do not live up to the physical size of the proposed ideal wearer, so they size up to cover up the lumps and bumps

  • perhaps their models are not do not live up to the physical size of the proposed ideal wearer, so they size up to cover up the lumps and bumps

By your own arguments made last year, wouldn't this also mean that they aren't the same size as Rapha items?

    Hmmm... possible logic flaw spotted.

  • no, just they don't use people who fit the garments to model them

  • ^^ that's what makes the Rapha stuff worth the extra monies... the models fit the clothing...

  • its about the aspirational branding, you can aspire to being a rugged grimpeur in the Rapha style or just to be a Torm mamil.

But still actually look like a twat...

  • damn right
