You will struggle to do the frame justice with a sub-100 quid chainset. Hawk ebay for a strada double(might get it for 30-40 if your lucky) and file it down if you have to, just don't be sticking any Zenith cranks and pengy wheels on it ;)

Yeah. I may be able to get some old campag clones from sugino or similar. I'm not that fussed about having original parts, I just want something that works and doesn't look out of place.

I'd suggest these:
wheels: http://www.tokyofixedgear.com/products/108-Wheel-Sets/2772-Ambrosio---Wheelset---Silver/ (these actually cost £138 not £160)
Tyres: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/vittoria-rubino-pro-slick-folding-clincher-tyre/

The sugino messenger crank can be found for around 90 bucks from Dolans ebay shop(free delivery too).
So I recently picked up a Raleigh Professional Track frame. It looks a bit like this: http://www.sheldonbrown.com/retroraleighs/catalogs/1976/images/03-76-professional-track.jpg
From what I've read, it originally came with a campag pista crank-set and campag record track hubs laced to some very light (very fragile) tubs.
These are a bit out of my price range, and I want to be riding on the road.
I have what seems to be the original campag bb, but this wouldn't be hard to replace.
Can anyone recommend a wheel-set / crank-set combo with the following:
