Rep details?

One flaw with the current rep system is that there is no way to report abusive negative rep. I have just received a neg rep from a long time bully on this forum with an extremely abusive message. For want of a means to complain about it, I will simply have to go off and have a good cry. I can't even give him an ironic positive rep in response.

You mean the one where I called you a fucker? I say that to all my friends.
