Wrong question. The essence of removing the green pips was to avoid such willy swinging behaviour. More interesting would be to discover who hands out the most rep.

It's not possible to get ignore stats due to the way that it's stored in the database. It's designed to be fast to read for filtering pages, and not designed to be reported on in any way... and in fact it would be extremely difficult to get ignore stats.

and who watches hippy and VB?

We can observe each other via admin logs, but I only ever look when someone gives me reason to (i.e. someone in the mods thread asks why something happened).
