Who is your favourite dictator?

Great Thread!

Mine has to be Kamuzu Banda. He built a myth around him of supernatural powers to scare the people. I even lived in a neighbouring country and people feared that if they spoke ill of him they would be attacked by his mystical swarm of killer bees.

I know a good few Africans who always complain about the problems with superstitious beliefs back home.
