Bicycle Tyre Belt

So, can someone point me towards a shop, that does belt buckles and can do rivets?

I remember someone told me about a place near Balls Pond Rd, called GT something, but forgot the name.

You dont need to get it riveted, i made one with an old buckle and a chainring bolt. Ive been using it about a year, with the weight of a lock on it without any problems
