you guys are too kind =)) it's a 1992 3Volumetrica MASI, which has sort of internal lugs instead of external (overlapping), hence over-size diameter tubes (more articles here).
not sure on the build yet, really don't want to stick to the "usual" campa, whether record or c-record, so thinking of other options - DA maybe, or American only (because this MASI is US produced), which is $$$ too...
