at the place where i work, there's a person who's name is Howard Richards - he is a partner, and my name is Richard Howard. the email contact list puts surnames first and people go down the contact list and mistakenly put my name in the 'to' part of an email, which therefore goes to me instead of Howard, who they actually meant to send it to.
i get some seriously sensitive info sent to me by mistake.
to the extent that the entire company got a very angry email from the head of the company.
