  • I tried to start running regularly a few months ago but only managed to get out twice. But now that I'm settled into my uni routine I'm going to try and run on the weekdays that I'm not cycling, and rest over the weekend. Nothing too serious just a short run along the canal and back. I will be slowing down to walking quite a lot probably, but my aim is to eventually be able to do a whole circuit in one go without walking.
