so far I've decided seatpost is too short, at full extension I need at least another inch or so to get a comfortable pedal stroke. The saddle is nowhere near as good as my charge spoon so reckon one of those will be on the cards soon. Also as convenient as flat pedals are I think I'll be chucking my dual sided spd pedals on so I can ride clipless when I use it to ride longer than a few miles.
Despite the poor riding position it's only made me slightly slower off the lights (quick to pull away but slow to get to normal riding speed) hopefully improving the fit will help a little.
Asides from nodders trying to squeeze up the side of vehicles in stationary traffic no one managed to pass me this morning though which felt pretty fun given I was on a clowns bike.
