I bought this frame off a friend a few months back, and I've been meaning to find out who sjef Lemmens is, and whether he built the frames, or just badged them. I can't really find any info on him, but did read somewhere that he was a fairly unsuccessful pro Dutch cyclist who then had a shop.
Other than that, the only two things I can find online are:
