Harry Quinn is a well known name in UK cycling circles, but the number of collectors who'd be interested in a bike like this is small.
If you look at the vendor's other listings you'll see he has a tendency to over price, i.e. a Trek 5900 f&f for £1100, and he puts less effort than I've put into this post in writing his listings which tends to put people off in my experience.
Personally, I'd say the Harry Quinn is worth a couple of grand at most. If he listed it at £1 with no reserve then he'd find it's true value and, in my opinion, eBay tends to reflect market prices well.
