How did this go?

I spent 5 hours out on the bike today. Its amazing how taxing it is to ride at slow speed for that long. Had to do a few site visits and a recce of Sutton Park for future Cycle events. A great day working...

That's almost exactly how long we were out for! Average 12.6mph with lots of stops made a very relaxing, social ride. I actually much prefer those kind of rides, but it's rare to get 5 people together on a weekday...
