My inventory by the way is a mix of Global and Sabatier in the kitchen, Laguiole Rossignol steak knives (rosewood handles), Ken Onion speedsafe folder and field knife, a Leatherman wave and a couple of Victorinox swiss army knives.
I really hanker for something from Bob Dozier though - something with a mammoth ivory handle..... Problem is you then end up with a knife that you'd treat as art rather than a tool.... I don't know if I could justify that.
